WV School Clothing Vouchers

For information about School Clothing Allowance 2020, you may contact your local DHHR office or the Customer Service Center at 1-877-716-1212. 

You may file an application in one of the following ways:

1. Make an application in the local office during the month of July. 

2. Print and complete an application and make it to the local office; along with proof of income, by July 31st of the program year   

3. Complete the application online at the WV PATH
