As a specialist in data and media technologies, she stays at the forefront of industry innovation by regularly participating in online training sessions focused on emerging technology trends, including self-service platforms and advanced analytics tools.

Today, Valerie serves as a valued member of the team at WV Parent Training and Information (WVPTI), where she works directly with families and students through training and technical assistance. In this role, she helps connect families to vital information, resources, and support services, empowering them to become effective advocates and active participants in their children’s educational journeys.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Valerie is also an accomplished graphic design enthusiast who enjoys expressing her creativity through visual design projects. She attended West Virginia University as a business student, further strengthening the foundation for her successful career.
