
Dr. Barry Linger
Dr. Linger currently serves as a Clinical Safety Educator in the Department of Clinical Education at Capital Health in New Jersey. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held faculty and leadership positions at several medical schools, including The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley School of Medicine, Florida Atlantic University Schmidt College of Medicine, Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine, and West Virginia University School of Medicine.
A dedicated advocate for students with disabilities, Dr. Linger earned his Doctor of Education in Special Education from West Virginia University, with a focus on learning disabilities and gifted education. He also holds a Master’s degree in Reading and a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education with concentrations in Biology and Science. His unique blend of educational expertise and healthcare experience has fueled his commitment to creating inclusive learning environments and supporting individuals with unique learning needs.
